Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: Should have minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, Food Product Company.
Location : Pune
Job Description :
• Daily Attendance Report punching for the sales team.
• Responsible for Sales Report like Observation Report, Efficiency Report, Tour plans, etc.
• Attending enquiries/complaints from Customers and follow-up for the same with factory Persons and sales team until it get resolve.
• Follow up with sales team for Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales summary reports, proposals, agreements and presentations.
• Prepare Performa invoice/quotations/purchase order.
• Sales forecast from the ASM & RSM for analysis and review purpose.
• Coordinating the entire Sales Team related to the Scheme / sales order /Credit Notes/ Trainings / Meetings etc.
• Monitoring the Daily Stock/Order position.
• Assists the Director/Sales & Marketing Head in the development of new programs and sales campaigns in an effort to obtain additional sales from the various market niches.
• Assists Director/Sales & Marketing Head with the implementation, follow-through and updating of the weekly/monthly/quarterly action plans.
• Responsible for outstanding recovery, credit control and follow ups as per company policy.
• Preparation of scheme letters for the sales team for every quarter.
• Co. ordination for primary, secondary sales report.
• Assisting all the departments if and when needed, etc.
